Since 1978 A.M. Rodriguez Associates and their property management arm, CMS housing, have been building and maintaining affordable properties with a central focus on community involvement. In 2022, they enlisted the assistance of WRL Advertising to accelerate interest in a sizable historic restoration project. The redevelopment of the historic Lehman school in Canton, now dubbed Oxford place, offers 62 living spaces for residents 62 years of age and older with income limitations. Rising project costs and post-pandemic supply chain delays disrupted the development schedule and began to jeopardize the property's future if they couldn’t secure occupancy before construction was finished.

WRL was able to leverage digital advertising to generate interest from over 200 eligible applicants in a 6-month period to ensure occupancy and in-turn, critical development funding was secured. Additionally, we examined and improved the customer journey for prospective residents across all CMS properties and made necessary improvements so that residents could find their new forever-home, and property managers could easily view and respond to new applicants.
